Return or Exchange requests should be made within 30-days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be unused, should retain the original tags, and be accompanied by a receipt of purchase. Return charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund – Once the product is returned to us, we will initiate the refund within 24 hrs of receipt. Please note that it takes 5-7 working days for the amount to appear in your bank statement. Exchange – Once we receive the original item, we will process your exchange within 24 hrs of receipt. If your exchange has a balance, we will refund you the difference or contact you for payment.
If you receive a damaged product, the return should be initiated within 2-3 days of receipt.
If purchased directly from us, it can be returned to the address details mentioned on our site. If purchased from one of our retailers, it can only be returned to the retailer of purchase.
In cases where wrong or damaged product was shipped out, we will replace your item. We request you to include the original packaging, tags and receipt of purchase while sending back the unwanted product.
If the product returned by the consumer gets damaged during transit, it will not be accepted or eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Items purchased will not eligible for return or exchange after 30 days of delivery.
