If you're not 100% happy with your HW you can return it for FREE for up to 30 days after receipt. 

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • We cannot accept returns on personalized items.

How To Make A Warranty Claim:

What's Covered:

  • Tears to the external leather structure, straps, grab handles or internal lining. 
  • Hardware - zips, pullers, buckles or press studs.

What's Not Covered:

  • General wear, overloading or accidental damage (including water damage - HW's can get wet but don't drop them in the bath!).
  • Natural ageing process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches and burnishing.
  • Convenient Top Handle.

This stylish design features 1 front pocket, 2 Side Pockets, and a convenient top handle. It has 1 front zipper pocket. Inside, discover a spacious compartment lined with polyester. 1 file compartment, and 1 dedicated Laptop compartment. It also has 1 inner zipper.   • Cleaning: Rub lightly with soft damp cloth dipped in light solution.

  • Storage: Keep it well aired out or in a cloth bag. DO NOT enclose in plastic bags for a long period of time.

  • Moisture Control: During monsoon if fungus develops, rub it off with a soft cloth dipped in mild solution of Dettol.

  • Conditioning & Polishing: If it becomes dry and lifeless apply small amount of leather cream to lubricate and replenish the original sheen of leather.
