How to Return an Item

 Email us at sales@handmadeworldbags.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Instructions
 Our team will provide the return instructions and let you know the next steps.

3. Send Your Item Back
 Please return the item in its original, unused condition and follow the return instructions provided by our team.

4. Inspection & Refund
 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you about the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item should be returned with any original packaging, accessories, or components supplied with it

  • Proof of purchase or your order number may be required

Items that show signs of use, damage after delivery, alteration, or improper care may not qualify for a return.

Refunds

Natural Leather Variations

Leather is a natural material, so variations in grain, texture, tone, natural markings, and the way the leather develops character over time are normal.

These natural characteristics are not generally considered manufacturing defects.
