We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Handmade World product. That's why eligible products are covered by our 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty against qualifying manufacturing and workmanship defects.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing or craftsmanship defects that occur under normal use, including qualifying issues with:

  • Stitching and construction

  • Hardware such as buckles, clasps, rivets, and fittings

  • Materials or components with a manufacturing defect

  • Other workmanship-related issues confirmed by our team

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Natural leather patina, scratches, creases, grain variations, or colour changes over time

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, overloading, or improper handling

  • Water, excessive moisture, heat, or chemical damage

  • Damage caused by improper cleaning or leather-care products

  • Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow reasonable care instructions

Natural Leather Characteristics

Full-grain leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, colour, natural markings, creases, and the development of patina are normal characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered manufacturing defects.
